Have conducted residential/commercial
appraisals on a fee basis in the greater New York area. Duties include:
inspections of one to four family dwellings, co-ops and condominiums,
retail and mixed-use dwellings, proposed construction from builders
plans, commercial and industrial properties, larger multi-unit (6-40+)
buildings, specializing in Freddie- Mac 71a and 71b forms, gathering
of all data, analysis of data, writing the actual reports and forming
conclusions of a market value estimate. Limited court testimony as
expert witness. Have a thorough knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC forms
and guidelines. Equipped with digital cameras and the latest ACI and
MCS appraisal software technology with electronic transmission capability.
